Online Researcher

Online Research:

Our in-house programmers have developed large scale online customer satisfaction surveys for a broad range of public and private sector clients, including multinational companies, business support organisations and central government executive agencies. The online medium facilitates innovative approaches to gaining customer satisfaction measures.

Postal Researcher

Postal Research:

We also have significant experience of conducting postal customer satisfaction research on behalf of clients. Our expertise in designing self-completion surveys ensures that we achieve industry leading response rates.
